Yes, ROXi is available free to all Sky TV customers. You’ll find the ROXi app pre-installed on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream so there’s no need to download it. Simply say “ROXi” into your Sky remote or scroll down to ‘Apps’, then open the app, enter your email address and enjoy ROXi for free!

Your Samsung smart TV will need to be a model from 2018 onwards. If in doubt, try searching for “ROXi” in the app store on your TV, check the label on the back of your TV or contact your manufacturer directly to confirm the model.

ROXi is available on all LG smart TV models from 2020 onwards. To check if ROXi is available, try searching for "ROXi" in the LG Content Store on your TV or by entering your TV model on the LG website. If you're not sure which model you have, you'll find the model number on the back of your TV.

The ROXi app isn’t currently available on any games consoles but we’re launching on new platforms all the time – register your interest if you’d like to be kept updated.
Yes, the ROXi app is free to download and free to enjoy (with some adverts).
Not yet! ROXi is currently only available on these smart TVs and streaming devices. However, you can use the ROXi Companion App for iOS and Android to control the TV with your phone (which is particularly handy for voice search and creating playlists!).
