I’d like to upgrade to ROXi Premium

Thanks for considering going Premium, but ROXi will soon be a completely free service, with adverts. It’s therefore no longer possible to upgrade.

I’d like to cancel ROXi Premium

You are currently not being charged for ROXi Premium, so there is no need to cancel your subscription and no further payments will be taken.

I have an issue with the ROXi Console / Electric Jukebox

Many years after manufacture, this product is sadly reaching the end of its life and software updates were stopped some time ago and so it is unfortunately no longer possible to provide tech support for these devices. We would encourage you to try the free ROXi app for smart TV instead.

How do I get the ROXi smart TV app?

It’s available free on most major smart TV platforms in the UK and Ireland and you can find out more at roxi.tv/get-roxi.

I’d like to use a microphone with ROXi

Sorry, our time-limited promotion offering a karaoke mic for the smart TV app ended some time ago. Please note that any microphones paired with the ROXi Console are not compatible with the ROXi smart TV app.
