If you’re looking to cancel ROXi Premium, all you need to do is:

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Click Cancel on your account page.

Please be aware that it is taking us longer than usual to reply and that while our support site is undergoing maintenance, we’re unable to respond to requests to cancel ROXi Premium, unless you have experienced an issue while following the steps above.
