Your guide to the ROXi app

If your TV or device is listed here, then you’ll find the app by searching for “ROXi” in the app store. Please note that some brands may run different operating systems on different models. You’ll find the ROXi app on any TV or device that runs on the Google TV, Android TV or Fire TV operating system.

If you don’t currently have a compatible smart TV or device, please register your interest, as we are releasing the ROXi app on more platforms all the time.

Simply click on one of the logos for specific instructions on how to get the ROXi app on your TV. They generally all work the same way – head to the app store or search bar and type “ROXi” (or say it into your voice-enabled remote if you have one), open the ROXi app and enter your email address to start enjoying millions of free music videos, karaoke and music games right away.

Yes, ROXi is free on any smart TV or device that runs on the Fire TV operating system, including Amazon Firesticks. Click the relevant tile above to get started!

Yes, ROXi is available free to all Sky TV customers. You’ll find the ROXi app pre-installed on Sky Q, Sky Glass and Sky Stream so there’s no need to download it. Simply say “ROXi” into your Sky remote or scroll down to ‘Apps’, then open the app, enter your email address and enjoy ROXi for free!

Lots of manufacturers run their TVs and devices on the Google TV, Android TV or Fire TV operating system, but it will depend on the model.

If your TV or device was manufactured by one of the brands below, you may be using the Google TV, Android TV or Fire TV operating system, but if in doubt, please check with your manufacturer.

Brands that may run on Google TV, Android TV or Fire TV: Sony Bravia, Panasonic, Toshiba, Hisense, JVC, Philips, Bush, Hitachi, Sharp, TCL, Nvidia Shield and others.

Your Samsung smart TV will need to be a model from 2018 onwards. If in doubt, try searching for “ROXi” in the app store on your TV, check the label on the back of your TV or contact your manufacturer directly to confirm the model.

ROXi is available on all LG smart TV models from 2020 onwards, with the exception of the 2021 OLED C1 model, which we hope will be available soon. If in doubt, try searching for “ROXi” in the app store on your TV and if the app doesn’t appear, check the label on the back of your TV or contact your manufacturer directly to confirm the model.

The ROXi app isn’t currently available on any games consoles but we’re launching on new platforms all the time – register your interest if you’d like to be kept updated.

Yes, the ROXi app is free to download and free to enjoy! You can choose between two plans: ROXi Standard, which is free forever with adverts. Or ROXi Premium, which gives you all the music and features, with none of the adverts and is free for 30 days (it’s just £6.99 a month after that and you can cancel anytime).

Yes! Your karaoke microphone comes free with a 30-day free trial of ROXi Premium. To claim yours, create your free account and follow the easy steps. If you already have an account, simply sign in to claim yours within 28 days of creating your account. The mic is free, it’s just £1 for postage.

Not yet! ROXi is currently only available on these smart TVs and streaming devices. However, you can use the ROXi Companion App for iOS and Android to control the TV with your phone (which is particularly handy for voice search and creating playlists!).
